Ruby had her final litter on August 13, 2011. This was the last Ruby/Bandit puppies ever born. She has been a wonderful mother, and I have enjoyed watching and being with her and her puppies. She will forever stay at RSK, and her only "job" from here on will be what she loves most, border patrol. If you visit her page you can read more about her favorite job. She is a one of a kind girl, and the first Cairn I ever owned. I owe a lot to her. She started my love for Cairns, and will always be remembered as the wonderful girl she is. I look forward to her living out her retirement for the rest of her years, as just a dog having fun, doing what she loves most. She deserves it! It will definitely be a change for her and me, because we both love her puppies! I know she will enjoy the super long break (forever).

Gemma, Ruby & Bandit's daughter, will be filling in where her mom left off. We hope to have the same beautiful pups from her, and I can only hope she is just half of the mother Ruby was. Ruby is a once in a lifetime Mom and I can only hope to have half of that in Gemma.
